officially opened its state-of-the-art 250-berth
marina on Sunday 2 Februar y.
Hundreds of members, friends and
dignitaries celebrated the event on the marina
and on boats in the brand new pens. Wendy

continuing long after the city lights had formed
an idyllic backdrop.
Boats can now make the marina their
destination, whether it’s for an overnight stay,
for 12 months, or anytime in-between.
RMYS originally set aside 128 pens across
the 10m to 20m range for long term leases of
20 years and only a handful remain. All the
10m berths are now spoken for.
There are also short term rental pens of
up to 12 months available, and allowance has
been made within the new facility for some
